  HOW TO * INSERT AND REMOVE * THE EAR PLUGS 

1. Just prior to each use, work the earplugs between your fingers (5 seconds) to soften to the (texture of play-dough)
2. Using your index finger, push firmly & flatten the ear plug against your ear opening (until a good seal is felt)
3. TO REMOVE: Simply pinch the ear plug between your thumb and index finger, gently pull down & outward
